At Luxe Bounce, you are never too young or too old to jump for joy!
The weight capacity for all Luxe Bounce houses is 700lbs or 8 kids.
Absolutely! Safety is always our top priority! We carry General Liability insurance with coverage up to $2 million. We also provide a team member to remain at the bounce house at all times. This is to ensure the proper operation and use of the equipment throughout the event.
Yes, to secure the date we require 50% down as a deposit and the balance is due 3 days before your delivery day/time. Deposits are non-refundable, but we can apply your deposit towards a different date within a full calendar year, if you need to cancel or reschedule as long as you give us a 7 day notice.
An Attendant is mandatory if a Certificate of Insurance is needed or if face painting/similar mess prone activations are present such as gender reveal smoke bombs, slime, glitter, messy art, temporary tattoos, etc. The Attendant will assist with photos and safety.
Each Attendant is $75.

The rental period is 4 hours. We will set up your bounce house at least one hour prior to your event. In most cases we are able to drop off the bounce houses earlier if needed. We understand that most of our clients will be setting up other items for their event which requires all vendors to arrive early.
We clean & disinfect our bounce houses before each event! We take cleaning seriously over here, not only because it maintains the integrity of the bounce houses, but also because we want our bounce houses to be sparkling clean before our clients put them to use. We use hospital- grade disinfectant for all of our bounce houses and don't book the same bounce house more than once during any given weekend to allow for us to thoroughly clean and disinfect them.
Yes, balloons and draping can be installed on to a bounce house, but it MUST be from a professional.
All bounce houses include accessories such as a Tarp, Mat, 50 ft. Extension Cord, and Blower. 1 standard power outlet is needed within 50 ft. of Blower and Bounce House and will need a minimum floor space of 20’ x 22’. *Please note that we cannot carry up stairs.
Please note that if your party is indoors it is the clients responsibility to ensure that there is enough ceiling clearance.
Absolutely! In certain circumstances, a site survey may be required to determine if additional lighting is needed to ensure the safety of your guests; additional charges may apply. Please note that our night lighting is for safety purposes only. For photos, we highly recommend that you consult with your photographer in advance, as night photography will require proper equipment for outdoor night photography.
Deposits are non-refundable. Non weather-related cancellations within 7 days of the event and weather related cancellations on the day of or day before allows a refund of the remaining balance. The funds can also be transferred to a different date within a 12 month calendar year.
Safety and enjoyment are our only concerns. At Luxe Bounce we follow guidelines regarding inclement weather policies as suggested by professionals in the inflatables industry and our insurance carrier. Therefore, in the event of bad weather we reserve the right to cancel, temporarily deflate, or discontinue use at any time and at our discretion. The client reserves the right to cancel for weather-related issues only, up until the morning of the event, and will receive all but their refund back. However, if the client chooses not to cancel, once Luxe Bounce has arrived at the location, the client will owe the full amount for services rendered as agreed upon in the contract, even if the weather requires that we terminate early,
While we will do our best to give an accurate quote, please understand that some details may add to our base price. Location, additional lighting, custom floral garland/curtains/balloons, and any other add-on service will affect our pricing. In order to quote as accurately as possible, please be sure to provide us with as much info as you can at our initial correspondence.
