WIND AND STORM MONITORING
We continuously monitor weather conditions and adhere to strict wind limits. We will not set up if winds exceed safe levels or if it's raining/storming. We communicate with our clients ahead of time to give them proper options and training if weather picks up during their party. We also offer flexible policies for cancellations and rescheduling due to unsafe weather conditions.
3. ROUTINE INSPECTIONS: CLEANING AND REPAIRS
